If you lose one piece PicPulp will replace it free of charge. To do this, simply print the Cubicum's solution which contains the entire puzzle (68 pieces) and then identify the missing piece in this schema. Then send the coordinates (x,y) in centimeters of any point inside the missing part, using the lower left corner (the end of the sheet, side of the logo) as the origin. As the puzzles are available in several types of materials, to avoid any errors from them, they could ask you to send another piece of the puzzle.
